Clubhouse Scheduling Assistant

Coaches/Managers can use this form to request use of the HCF Clubhouse. Requests will be granted on a first come, first serve basis. Reservations must be made 48 hours prior to the event.

Please leave first and last name of contact person for the reservation.
Please list the team this request is for exactly as it is listed in Crossbar. If requesting for an non HCF group, please list the groups name.

Indicate what time you would like to reserve the facility, please note there are no dryland activities permitted after 9pm. Weekday reservations are limited to one hour and we aim to keep times to the rink schedules to enable multiple users per night. Times will be schedules with a 15 minute gap between to allow enough time for users to leave and arrive. Weekend schedules are more flexible to time availability.
