Clubhouse Cleaning Sign Up
HCF is offering the opportunity to our families to clean the Clubhouse as a fundraiser for their IPA (individual player account). The money earned can we used to help pay player registration fees.
If you are interested in cleaning please sign up. One sign up per player. Player account will be credited $75.00.

All cleaning supplies will be supplied by HCF.
Below is the list of items that are required to be cleaned weekly:
Bathrooms (3 bathrooms – 1 in downstairs apartment and 2 are in the dryland space)
☐Clean toilet bowls w/ cleanser & brush
☐ Wipe down toilet seats w/ Clorox wipes
☐ Clean mirrors with Windex
☐ Clean / wipe down faucets, sinks and counters
☐ Wipe door handles and light switches covers with Clorox wipes
☐ Replace toilet paper, paper towels, kleenex, and hand soap, as needed
☐ Ensure there are at least 2 extra rolls of toilet paper & 1 extra paper towel roll in each bathroom
☐ Sweep floor
☐ Mop floors (especially around the toilets)
☐ Take out the trash and replace the liner bag
Downstairs Kitchen
☐ Wipe down counters, faucet, sink & fridge handles w/ Clorox wipes
☐ Replace paper towels and hand soap, as needed
☐ Check fridge for old food and toss if necessary
☐ If things have been taken out of the cabinets and left on the counters, please put them away
☐ Take out the trash and replace the liner bag
Downstairs Conference Space
☐ Wipe black tables with Clorox wipes
☐ Clean whiteboard (both sides)
☐ Wipe all door handles with Clorox wipes
☐ Ensure all tables and chairs are lined up properly
☐ Vacuum runner rug
☐ Sweep floor
☐ Mop floor - dump dirty mop water down toilet
☐ Winter - shovel in front of door, if needed
Dryland Space
☐ Vacuum turf and rubber floor (including side entry way)
☐ Mop all rubber floor
☐ Tidy up equipment area
☐ Take out the trash and replace the liner bag
Additional Notes:
• Please let Anna Culley hockeyclubfairbanks@gmail.com know when you are running low on any supplies.
• Please take all trash bags and place them outside of the back of the Clubhouse.
• Before leaving, ensure all doors in the facility are locked.
