Sign up for skills sessions at Polar Ice on Sundays. Skill sessions are free and open to any player in HCF 10U and up. 

Skill sessions will look a little different this season. An example of the format is:

10:00AM-10:30AM- 10U Skills

10:30AM-11:00AM- 10U Skills with Goalies

11:15AM-11:45AM-10U Goalies

11:45AM-12:15PM-12U Goalies

12:30PM-1:00PM- 12U Skills with Goalies

1:00pm-1:30PM- 12U Skills
